In this first instalment of “the good quit, road to recovery” series of You Tube clips, I talk about the basic physiology of cravings and why cravings for cigarettes occur. A greater understanding of craving, why nicotine addicts crave in the first place and of what it is they actually suffer from, a physiological disease of the brain, can help empower smokers to quit.
